HD Flow privacy policy: how we handle your data, charts, and account information.

Privacy at HD Flow

This page explains what data HD Flow collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: chart calculations run for you, we do not sell personal data, and you can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.

What we collect

• Birth data you enter into the chart calculator, used to generate your bodygraph.
• Account details (email address and authentication identifiers) if you create an account.
• Purchase records for guides, courses, and membership, processed by our payment provider.
• Course progress, quiz results, and forum posts if you use the academy or community.
• Standard analytics about page visits, used to understand which content is useful.

What we do with it

• Generate and display your chart and personalised guides.
• Provide account access, purchases, and course progress.
• Send transactional email such as receipts, and marketing email only if you opt in.
• Improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns.

Third parties

Payments are handled by Stripe, email delivery by Resend, and backend data storage by our hosting provider. Each processes data only to deliver those services. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and data deleted. Contact us through the contact page and we will action the request. Cookies used for analytics can be declined without losing access to the free tools.
