Share experience rather than instructions. Nobody here can tell you what your authority says — that is the whole point of the system. No unsolicited readings, no diagnosing strangers, no selling in threads. Disagreement about interpretation is welcome; contempt is not.
Post what you actually tried and what happened, not just what you read. The threads that help people most are the specific ones: 'I waited three days through my emotional wave before answering and here is what changed.'
