The Foundation Courses track inside HD Flow Academy is built the way Human Design is actually learned: mechanics first, then experiment, then transmission. Every course combines recorded lessons, a printable workbook, and a quiz you must pass at 80% or better before the lesson is marked complete, so progress reflects understanding rather than time spent watching video.

• Living Your Design (Beginner, 4 weeks) — An experiential introduction to your unique mechanics.
• Rave ABC (Beginner, 6 weeks) — The alphabet of Human Design — gates, channels, and centers in depth.
• Rave Cartography (Intermediate, 6 weeks) — Mapping the terrain of the bodygraph and its definitions.
