Questions about your chart, a course, a purchase, or a partnership are all welcome. Use the contact form and include as much detail as you can — for chart questions, your birth date, exact birth time, and birth city help enormously, since almost every 'my chart seems wrong' message turns out to be a birth-time issue.
Most questions are answered faster on the site itself. Chart accuracy issues are almost always a birth-time or time-zone problem, and the free chart page explains how to handle an unknown birth time. Questions about type, strategy, authority, centers, channels, and gates each have a dedicated guide, and the FAQ covers the twenty questions we receive most often. If none of that resolves it, write to us and we will look at your specific case.
We answer in the order messages arrive, usually within a few business days. Billing and access issues are prioritised. Please do not send the same question through multiple channels — it slows everyone down.
We cannot give a full personal chart reading over email, and we do not offer medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. For an in-depth personal reading, look at the guides in the shop or work with a trained analyst.
