Human Design Centers

Complete guide to the 9 Human Design centers — defined and undefined. Head, Ajna, Throat, G, Heart, Spleen, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root.

The nine centers of the bodygraph

Nine centers make up the Human Design bodygraph. A coloured (defined) center is a consistent, reliable energy you carry all the time. A white (undefined or open) center is where you take in and amplify energy from other people — the place where conditioning happens, and also where you gain wisdom over a lifetime.

Defined versus undefined

Defined centers are what you can depend on and what others feel from you. Undefined centers are variable: they feel intense in some company and quiet in others. The work is not to fix your open centers but to stop making decisions from them.
